How do you verify tenants?

Through a four-tier trust badge — Bronze (phone) → Silver (NID) → Gold (live selfie) → Platinum (police clearance). Verification and badges are rolling out over the next 6–12 months; the ledger and payments are fully live today.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. The whole app is in Bangla (and English), sign-in is a one-time SMS code with no passwords, and setup is three steps. Caretakers use it daily with zero training.
